4. Data erasure and storage period
Little wonderkids processes and stores personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage. Storage may take place beyond this if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies or a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a necessity for the continued storage of the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website. For this purpose, the IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. The storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data is used to optimize the website and to ensure the security of the information technology systems. This data is not stored together with other personal data. The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. 5.4 The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.
When using these general data and information, the company Little wonderkids does not draw any conclusions about the data subject. Rather, this information is needed in order to: deliver the contents of our website correctly, optimize the contents of our website and the advertising for these, and ensure the long-term operability of our information technology systems and the technology of our website.
This information also helps to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for prosecution in the event of a cyber attack. Therefore, the anonymously collected data and information is, on the one hand, statistically analyzed and, on the other hand, it is analyzed with the aim of increasing the data protection and data security of my enterprise so that ultimately an optimal level of protection is ensured for the personal data I process.
